    to whitesatincd : Well this does the whole breast/pectoral not just the nipple.  I took two candy containers I bought from the dollar store, used a soldering iron to melt a hole in the middle of the bottom, then I grabbed some 1/4" aquarium tubing and a T junction tube connector that you can get from any fish aquarium supply store, glued it all together.  One tube to each container, the other tube leads straight up into my mouth.  I also use my own suction power of my lungs so I don't over vacuum and do damage to my skin or muscles.  Works, great, feels wonderful.  I still have these, maybe I can dismantle them and make a video showing how I put them together.
